How can I book a tour with Spanish Unique?


You can book all our tours and activities directly on our website or through our reservation form.  


Payment for all our tours can be made by credit card. Before your tour or activity, we will authorize your card for the full amount, but we will not make the final charge until your reservation has been confirmed. For private customized activities, you can fill out our reservation form or send us a request by e-mail at and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.



In all of our tours, you’ll always be accompanied by a professional and qualified tour leader.  All of our tours have been verified and organized by us. We continuously monitor them from start to finish, guaranteeing the exclusive service that every traveler deserves: high-end vehicles, exquisite traditional cuisine, and unique experiences that will make your day unforgettable!


How far in advance should I book?


We recommend that you book at least one week in advance so we can organize everything and make sure the tour fulfills all your requirements.


What happens if I need to cancel the activity?


It’s possible to cancel or change the date of any activity. Any cancellation or change of date is subject to change or cancellation fees. Check our cancellation policy. You can send us an e-mail at


Is it always necessary to make a reservation?


Yes, it’s always necessary to make a reservation. We have a maximum of 72 hours to confirm and organize your private tour. 


Can children participate in the activities? Is there a special price?


Yes, children 5 years and older can participate in all the activities except ones that include a wine-tasting or any other alcoholic beverage tasting. The price for children is the same as adults since children will also have a seat in the vehicle.


What is the drinking age in Spain?


18. Take into account that anyone under 18 years of age cannot participate in our tours unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult, and they cannot drink alcohol. 


What happens if it rains?


This is not a problem for the majority of our tours. Only tours which include a hot air balloon ride are subject to weather conditions.


What kind of clothes should I wear?


We recommend casual wear and comfortable walking shoes. During the summer, we recommend you take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from the sun, like wearing a hat and using high protection sunscreen.


What should I bring with me on the tours?


If you take any type of medication with food, don’t forget to bring it. Also, if you have any kind of food allergy or intolerance, you should let us know in the Comments section of the reservation form. During the summer, we recommend you take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from the sun, like wearing a hat and using high protection sunscreen. You don’t need anything else.


Are there any additional expenses during the activity?


On our website, you can see what’s included in each tour. If you would like something that isn’t included (additional drinks, souvenirs, tips, etc.) you need to pay extra on site.


Where is the meeting point for the activity?


The meeting point is the lobby of your hotel or the address you indicated on the reservation form. It will be included in the confirmation e-mail we send you once the reservation has been approved. If you need to change your pickup location, you should do so at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to organize everything. You should send us an e-mail at with the new pickup location.

Do you have other tours or activities in addition to the ones listed in each destination?

In Spanish Unique, we can offer you any kind of activity you’d like as long as you request it in advance. Fill out our reservation form and let us know what you’d like. We’ll organize a tour or experience that fits you. 


Is it necessary to print a voucher or receipt?

No, it’s not necessary. You only have to show your reservation ticket to the tour leader who will pick you up at the meeting point that you indicated on your reservation.

Do the vehicles have child seats?

Our vehicles have child seats compliant with Spanish regulations. When making your reservation, don’t forget to put your children’s ages in the Comments section. Please note that this is the reason why we can’t accept children under 5 years of age on our tours.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to make it on time for my tour. If I’m late, will you wait for me?

In order to make time for all the activities in the tour, we should leave on time. However, if you need to postpone your departure time, you should let us know at least 24 hours in advance by sending us an e-mail at

Booking Process


Can I make a reservation for another person?

Of course! You just need to write down the personal details of who will be participating in the activity instead of your own.

In payment information, you should include your personal information so the transaction can be completed correctly.

How can I pay for my reservation?

On our website we offer an easy and intuitive booking service which allows you to make a secure payment with American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Unionpay and Visa credit cards.

It’s not possible to pay upon arrival or to pay the tour leader directly. All reservations must be made through our website


Is payment secure?


In Spanish Unique, we use the payment gateway Treekpay, a 100% secure online payment system encrypted against fraud and unauthorized transactions..


I think I made the payment but I didn’t get a confirmation.


It’s very likely that the payment wasn’t completed successfully and therefore it was not confirmed. You should make the reservation again and finalize payment. If you check and see that you’ve been charged for the amount in your bank account, perhaps you put the e-mail address wrong. If that’s the case, write to us at and we’ll help you fix it.


How long do I have to wait to receive the confirmation e-mail?


Once we’ve confirmed your reservation, the confirmation e-mail is sent to you automatically. Remember that we have up to 72 hours to do so. If you don’t receive the message, there are two possible reasons:

  • Payment was not completed successfully. You should check your bank account.

  • You didn’t write your e-mail address correctly. Write us an e-mail at and we’ll help you fix it as soon as possible. 


In what currency do I have to pay for my reservation?

The prices are stated in Euros (€) and payment must be made in the same currency.


Can I change the date of my reservation?

In theory, no. For tours published on, dates can only be changed in the event of circumstances beyond your control. Changes must be properly justified and done at least 15 days prior to the tour. If you need to change the date, please write to us at and we’ll assist you.

Can I hire my tour leader for other activities?

Spanish Unique uses internationally recognized secure payment systems to process all transactions. In order to maintain this level of security, do not pay tour leaders directly, outside of our website. Most of our tours can be booked easily, even from your smartphone.


Can I modify any reservation details?

In the confirmation e-mail, you’ll find all the details you need to know about your reservation. If you need to modify any detail, write to us at specifying the details you need to change.


Is it possible to book directly upon arrival?


All reservations must be made through our website since we need at least 72 hours to organize the tour you choose.

How can I see when an activity is offered?

You only need to check that the day you want to book is active on the calendar on the activity’s page.


Can I do an activity at a different time or on a different day?

For private customized activities, you can fill out our reservation form or send us a request at We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 


Which languages are available for tours?

Our tour leaders speak major languages (such as Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian or Portuguese …). When you book with us, you should indicate which language you would prefer and we’ll find the right tour leader for you.


How far in advance should I book?

You should book at least 72 hours in advance so we have time to put everything together. During the summer, Easter and Holy week, weekends and long weekends, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.

Private tours and services


Is there a minimum number of people required to do a private tour?

All of our tours are private and the minimum number of people required for a tour is two. However, a solo traveler could do the tour if they paid the price for two people.

Can I join a group to participate in the activities?

Sorry, but you can’t join a private tour that another traveler requested.

In the private tours that include hotel pickup, could you get us at different hotels?

Unless the hotels are very far from one another, yes, that shouldn’t be a problem. However, it’s best if you ask us before booking.



What is your cancellation policy?

If you are entitled to cancellation, the amount will be refunded to you by the same means of payment used to make the reservation. It’s an automatic operation which cannot be modified for security reasons.

Travelers are entitled to cancel a previously reserved experience at any given time in accordance with the following cancellation policy:

(*) Tickets to museums, concerts, historic buildings, exhibits, movie theaters, premiers, etc. and any other expenses derived from management of the tour, experience or trip that cannot be returned, will not be entitled to refund regardless of when they were processed.

What happens in the event of rain or bad weather?

All activities are run normally throughout the year regardless of rain. If a tour had to be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, such as heavy snowfall, an alternative date would be offered or an immediate refund of the payment. In case of cancellation by Spanish Unique, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used to book the activity. It’s an automatic operation which cannot be modified for security reasons.
